How do I pay?
You can pay via MobilePay or bank transfer. When the job is done you receive an invoice in your inbox.


How long does a piano tuning take?
Typically a tuning takes 1-1½ hours, but can take longer or shorter depending on the instrument.


Do I pay milage allowance?
Milage is included in the tuning price.
If the visit doesn’t contain a tuning, the travel time will count as working hours.


How long is the wait for a visit?
It varies a lot. Usually in the Copenhagen area it will be possible to get an appointment within 1-2 weeks. Outside of Greater Copenhagen visits are combined with other visits in the area, so the wait might be quite a bit longer.


I want to buy a cheap used piano – what do I do?
There is a lot of used pianos for sale on the private market.

Few are good, some are decent and many are worn out and awful. There are a lot of different good advices when you’re looking for old instruments – please contact for more guidance.

How often should I have my piano tuned?
In general, a piano should be tuned at least once a year in private homes. It depends on changes in temperature and humidity, and of course how picky you are about the tuning.
